I created Laneway Comfort Homes with the vision of allowing people to realize their financial freedoms in an increasingly unaffordable Toronto housing market. 

My first renovation project arose out of a need for someone dependable that not only took time and care but also ensured dependable long-lasting work. Years later I continue to treat every project as if it were my own, a creation that’s equal parts art and investment, by taking the time to do the job right the first time and by using new and old techniques in an effort to exceed not only the clients but also my own expectations.

I’m excited about being part of revolutionary new concept in rental/in-law unit living. The introduction of laneway housing in Toronto enables the home owner to maximize their usable space with little to no interruption to their existing garage. I’m always on the lookout for new & better materials whether it be from local merchants to building trade shows, so that we get to use the latest materials and technologies to ensure lasting and dependable results. We also specialize in ensuring complete privacy from completely self-sustained units, this includes extensive knowledge of sound proofing techniques.

Regardless of the location, I love seeing a concept become reality, and enjoy the challenge of creating something out of nothing and seeing the client’s reaction to us making the impossible possible. Being entrusted to transform a person’s personal living space into their dream home is something that I don’t take lightly, and is why I focus on building long lasting relationships with clients by providing a reliable, easy going experience where customer satisfaction only comes second to safe dependable quality work. I find that transparency is key – communication is at forefront – all costs and expenses are communicated before any work begins to ensure timelines, expectations and budget constraints are met.
