I have known Marius Solowiej for many years.

The first assignment was the laying of hardwood flooring, and tiles in the kitchen. I was very pleased with his work.

When I needed a Contractor to completely update a rental townhome with a view to selling it, I contacted Marius again. He presented an estimate and offered suggestions and advice. The work was performed to my complete satisfaction, and in accordance with the estimate. The house was sold within a day with two offers. He was exceptionally good in suggesting colours for paint, tiles etc. He modernized the interior, and I loved it.

His next project was in replacing the kitchen counters in our home with quartz and doing the necessary plumbing. He always gets the right trades person to do the job when necessary.

In all three cases I found his charges were reasonable and acceptable.
